STIR FRY WITH LEFT OVER PASTA
|Preparation Time 15 minutes - Cooking Time 10 minutes -
Fresh Organic Vegetables: carrots - grated; mushrooms, red bell peppers and celery stalks - cut into small pieces; clove of garlic - finely chopped.
Spices: salt, pepper, paprika (sweet), turmeric, fennel, garam masala.
Other Ingredients: left over whole wheat spaghetti, lemon juice, honey, extra virgin coconut oil, parsley and chives. Almond Oil -optional-
Heat extra virgin coconut oil and the garlic in a wok.
Add the carrots and celery stalk pieces and stir.
Add the spices, stir.
Add the lemon juice, stir.
Add the red bell peppers, mushrooms and spaghetti, stir.
Finally add the honey to taste.
Off the stove and just before serving sprinkle with herbs and drizzle some Almond Oil over the dish and mix.
